WELCOME to YourpalIntamilnadu.com (YPTn). We provides this service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”) that may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition to this, you shall be subject to the operating rules / policies applicable to individual services on Your Pal In Tamilnadu.com which may be posted from time to time. Your Pal In Tamilnadu Services may also offer other services that are governed by different Terms of Service.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of Terms of Services YourPInTamilnadu.com (“Service”) is owned and operated by Your Pal In Tamilnadu Services Pvt. Ltd. YourPalInTamilnadu.com, the service shall hereinafter be referred to as “YPT”. This Service is provided to you (“Member”) under the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service (“TOS”) and any operating rules or policies that may be published on YPT which comprises the entire agreement between Member and Your Pal In Tamilnadu and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. By completing the registration process and clicking the “ACCEPT” button, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Description of Service Your Pal In Tamilnadu is providing Member with a facility to get any required task in India completed through professional means from anywhere in the world via this service YPT. Your Pal In Tamilnadu reserves the right to charge Member or their Parents/Friends/Relatives for this Service as per the tariff structure provided on YPT.V Member must: (1) provide all equipment, including a computer and modem, necessary to establish a connection to the World Wide Web; (2) provide for own access to the World Wide Web and pay any telephone service fees associated with such access. In consideration for this Service, Member agrees to:

(1) provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about Member as prompted to do so by the Service and

(2) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. All information requested on original sign up shall be referred to as registration data (“Registration Data”)

(3) Provide correct and accurate information so as to enable YPT to deliver services as requested by Member. All information requested for executing task requests shall be referred to as Order related data (“Order Data”).Furthermore, Member grants Your Pal In Tamilnadu the right to disclose to third parties certain Registration Data about Member and Service membership in the aggregate; however, such disclosures will exclude Member’s name, mailing address, email address, account and phone number, unless: (1) Member expressly directs YPT, or any other person Member may specifically designate to disclose such information through the Service as provided by the Service or (2) Your Pal In Tamilnadu is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process served on Your Pal In Tamilnadu. If any information provided by Member is inaccurate, Your Pal In Tamilnadu retains the right to terminate Member’s YPT membership and Agreement to use the Service.

Modifications to Terms of Services Your Pal In Tamilnadu may change the terms and conditions of the Agreement from time to time, without notice to the Member. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time. Member’s continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmative: (1) acknowledgment by Member of the Agreement and its modifications; and (2) agreement by Member to abide and be bound by the Agreement and its modifications.

Modifications to Service Your Pal In Tamilnadu reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service YPT with or without notice to Member. Your Pal In Tamilnadu shall not be liable to Member or any third party should Your Pal In Tamilnadu exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service YPT.

Privacy Policy Your Pal In Tamilnadu is committed to protect the privacy of all its customers. Therefore, in addition to the privacy of registration data as discussed in Section ‘Description of Service’ above, Your Pal In Tamilnadu will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a Member’s private communications with YPT unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Your Pal In Tamilnadu; (2) protect and defend the Agreement or property of Your Pal In Tamilnadu; or (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of its members or the public. Member acknowledges and agrees that Your Pal In Tamilnadu neither endorses the contents of any Member communications nor assumes responsibility for any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein, any infringement of third party intellectual property rights, Agreement arising there from or any crime facilitated thereby.
